Sprint has done everything it can in the last few years to get your business, but fake lawyer Kevin Durant doesn’t seem to be convincing that many people to cut their rate plan in half and the Framily Plan failed so spectacularly that Verizon and AT&T are laughing about it all the way to the bank. That doesn’t mean Sprint is out of the wireless game, though. Much to the contrary. They just introduced a new perk that’s bound to have frequent flyers salivating. If you’re a Sprint customer, you now have free Boingo wi-fi in 35 airports around the United States. Just like AT&T’s partnership with Starbucks for free wi-fi, Sprint customers can automatically connect to any Boingo hotspot for free as of April 30, 2015. No more searching for Free Public Wireless networks that never seem to work. The list of airports where Boingo is available is pretty solid, too:While some of these airports already offer free wi-fi to travelers, the free networks are usually fairly slow. This new development will give Sprint customers a chance to obtain faster connection speeds through Boingo while simultaneously making the free networks a little faster by eliminating a wide swath of users that have migrated to Boingo. It’s a win-win for everyone. Except that hamster father in the Framily Plan ads. He doesn’t get to win anything. The post Got Sprint?
