Hi all I booked a return flight in F using the current LM promo, IAD-DOH via FRA using United and LH metal (on my way from the FTU) on Apr 28th. I checked the reservation, I even changed my seats! Yesterday TACA called me and sent me a new itinerary with same route... On Apr 29th. One day later! They said is a problem with the spaces and they cannot pay for the extra night or meals in Washington. That is without even consider extra working day. LM rep tried other routes and offered me Y! Is that normal? I'm pissed but its United's fault? LM fault? Or not? What to do?
