That's a fantastic offer. Unfortunately, I recently burned 10k on a CGH-SDU flight, so now I just have 2k on my account, I think...
Sadly, I have no miles to spend either but I did receive the promotion. GOL seem happy to have gained #1 domestic position!
Just double checked. Apparently some of miles had expired. I have exactly 1,000 miles (from a recent POA-GIG flight).
Bem vindo milepoint Jarbas!
I know this is a thread from like 10 months ago, but I'm wanting to know: Who are GOL's TRANSFER partners. I know I can fly w/ AA miles, but is there any AmEx transfer into smiles program? That could have some real value. Thanks in advance!
Here is the entire listing from their website:
Although GOL is going with ST the AA participation in the Smiles program continues, at least for the moment. I expect that to end sometime, probably about the time TAM joined OW. The American Express connection with Smiles is only for the Brazil/Argentina issued cards. There is no connection to Membership Rewards.
The Smiles program is rumored to be planning a major expansion of benefits and options related to non-flying activities. If that does happen, and I believe it will, the formal launch will probably be in early 2013.
