How are the fuel charges determined for CO/UA. Obviously based on destination, but is there any resource that lists them out by location/station/region?

    I just paid 400.00 for a trip to OSL -- MHT-EWR-OSL , then returning OSL-FRA-EWR-MHT.

I bought a DUB ticket a month or two back and I believe it was only 200.00.

I've never seen a list of them by city pair anywhere. I know that DUB is generally lower because of competition or some other strange reason. But it is lower that others.

Thanks, so these days is 400.00 fuel surcharge for a RT the norm? Or can it be even more?

A $400 YQ is definitely the highest I've heard about from the US-based carriers. Previously the highest I'd seen was $320. Doesn't mean there aren't higher ones out there or that it won't go higher. :(

I don't think they are that high

The YQ on the actual fare is only $400 that I can find. I do not see anywhere that CO has published a $540 YQ.
    Code:
Tax: US International Departure Tax $16.30
Tax: US September 11th Security Fee $7.50
    Tax: CO YQ surcharge $400.00
    Tax: USDA APHIS Fee $5.00
    Tax: US Immigration Fee $7.00
    Tax: US Customs Fee $5.50
Tax: Swiss Airport Passenger Security & Noise Charge CHF 21.35
Tax: US International Arrival Tax $16.30
Tax: US Passenger Facility Charge $13.50

Interesting...looks like there is now an extra $70 each way YQ for the BusinessFirst cabin.

    That sucks.

    Agreed..

For me, I generally don't buy J rev tickets except on some very select trips. That said, as long as they don't ever try to tack on extra YQ when upgrading using miles/co-pay I'll be fine....
