Frontier Launching PTI - SFB Flights

    They really seem to be trying to expand on the east coast in small ways. You can work out some interesting milage runs with them at times when as they hub out of Denver.

    GSO has proven to be a very difficult prospect for low cost carriers. Not sure if its the lack of O/D traffic or what. But with CLT and RDU so close by this may only be a temporary schedule for Frontier.

    Could be. They seem to do some seasonal or once a week type routes between Denver and the east coast also. For example my wife and I are taking a Frontier flight from FLL to DEN and then home to STL but they seem to only have this route on certain days of the week. We are using it as a sort of mile run light.

    The airport/acronym lookup tool says that PTI is Port Douglas Airport in Australia. That might explain the difficulty :D
