The owners of the hotel might want one of the more "business" oriented managers instead of "capital intensive" chains to run the hotel. That's my guess, but this would open up the door for a few candidates, incl. JW Marriott, Waldorf Astoria or InterContinental. We will see what the owners announce in the near future regarding this stately hotel. It's a beautiful hotel, but it's located somewhat outside the center of the city, plus many believed it isn't a "real" Four Seasons in many ways. As said, we will see what happens and who will take over as manager of the hotel, the owners stay the same, for now.

Isn't decided yet. We will see. I believe it's Park Hyatt or Grand Hyatt, could be simply Hyatt too, but I don't think it's Hyatt Regency. As said, time will tell.
