    I have looked at the new Four Seasons page.

    It is a disaster to use.

    Friendly for who?

    It looks like it was designed to look good on Flipboard

    I heavily doubt whoever created it has ever planned a meeting or much less wanted information on the hotel

    Attempt to find the rate you want- transparency on rates now is zero

    Attempt to find the facts on meeting rooms etc

    Appreciate your posting- however this website is similar to several decisons made by or towards Four Seasons recently: Epic Fail- in the same cateogry of their recent loss of Provence and Tokyo hotels and their disaster internet service.

    Good thing we at least have great virtuoso agents around.

    Agreed, the new FS website is not the best, it's difficult to handle and seems slower to load too, but gives not too much infos either.

    Which Tokyo property FS has lost? I'm un-informed about this! But in hindsight, we do not stay often at a FS! And we do not often visit their website.
