    If only they could solve the luggage delays...T1 luggage takes forever.

    it is rare that my bags come out in any reasonable time. also, about 50% of the time, my fragile items come out on fragile side...

    Did they ever correct that on again off again plan that when connecting through Toronto you wouldn't have to recheck your baggage? Now that would be a real time save. I'll be connecting through YYZ on my way to MCO next week.
