    From http://www.hemispheresmagazine.com/2012/01/01/signature-food-and-snacks/
Also that p.s. (JFK-LAX/SFO) and EWR-LAX/SFO catering are being aligned.

Hot nuts and ice cream were two of the biggest reasons I contemplated going for EXP on AA. Clearly you can all tell where my priorities are. All they need to do now is serve something better than Dewars (though frankly I would settle for Grand Marnier on all domestic flights so I could add a float to my margaritas).

I never eat the nuts, but, I've noticed on a couple trips in December that the hot nuts were coming out in these little foil ramekins versus the china ones. Perhaps it was a fluke since the article above says they're supposed to come out on china?

Entirely possible. It is a unfortunate or wholly unimportant (depending on one's perspective) fact that catering is often a gamble. Sometimes stuff doesn't make it on to the airplane correctly, or at all.

My flight today (PMUA) had foil ramekins.

That has to be worth at least $400 worth of travel credits as compensation. :D

I recall UA Insider/Scott mentioning that all the coffee makers had to be calibrated for the CO, oops UA, coffee and it was on a schedule, but did not remember any mention of when it would happen.

Personally, I am a fan of the Clif bars and the ice cold bananas in the snack basket!
