Flying QF SIN-MEL in J, anyone want to lend 7,000 miles so I can upgrade to F? ;)

Flying QF for the first time, SIN-MEL on QF10 tomorrow night... just realised I had around 17800 FF points... Is any QF flyer out there generous enough to lend me a few miles to upgrade (11 seats available in F), and I can transfer miles back when points post, (or I am happy to sponsor a UA/CO/LH systemwide upgrade for the trouble)

Would love to see what Qantas has to offer (with your help:)

Shouldn't you be asking "Eligible Family Members", who are the only people who can transfer points to you?

I have never seen "de facto" as a family member type. ;)

It has a specific, legally-recognised, meaning in Australia.

Until earlier this year, I worked for an Australian company...never saw that phrase...but I get what it means. Thanks for clarifying.

"borrowing" points is strictly prohibited by the QFF program and asking for points on other forums is grounds for moderation :p

Go earn the points yourself. 7k is nothing, with the vast amount of options/bonus points available for people to get.
