I saw a quick clip on this on CNN where the founder said she was sick of checking so many sites trying to redeem ff miles. Sounds awesome!
I did a quick search and did not find it on MP so thought I'd post this.
    They claim;
"We can have you reserving your miles seat in 60 seconds: We show you your miles flight options on a map, help you compare how much the trip costs in miles vs. cash, and then take you right to booking."

Cute, the Y in fly is a plane :)

Thanks Jaguar, I thought about it but wasn't sure MP wanted that sort of thing going on. Before I posted this, I went to their site, signed up and tweeted, fb'd and emailed some folks. If it's ok to do so here I'd like to refer others. Here is my link.
(also, my tweet handle is konorth)

Just put in my email address and was told I'm wait-listed - but then a screen comes up asking for as many referrals as I can give them. The lure is that it would speed up me getting access to the site.

Wait a minute here! I've never seen the site. What kind of credibility would I have recommending something I haven't even seen yet? Scary part is I was about to do it before I came to my senses.

I'm getting nervous that some of us are drinking the Kool-Aid!

I also just signed up under k20's link. It says you need at least 3 friends to get an even earlier invite. So here is mine as well.

About as much credibility as the celebrities who pull in a couple grand just for mentioning a product on their Twitter feeds. (And those plugs are actually posted by a publicity agent, I'd guess.) Is it better to be the person plugging a product you know nothing about or the fan who hangs on the every word of said person?

I was excited about this site after seeing it on CNN- I hope the site launches and will be successful. CNN gave time to several new tech hopefuls, Lots of good ideas - I hope TripMedi is successful as well.

i chatted with the guys involved in this back in March and have looked things over. Quite legit. In some respect its similar to this developing service, UsingMiles in the reward search tools:
    https://www.usingmiles.com/

But they have added soem very interesting other features, sort of like if Hipmunk were to help out!

Should we perhaps have the 'Mods' move this thread now to S.P.A.M. ? ;)

Fine, but please let's please select a different, & hopefully better, name! :)

Both is bad. I for one am not going to bombard my FB friends and twitter followers with advertisement for a product that I don't know anything about. That's not to say the site is bad or anything (I just don't know), but I just don't feel like being a free advertiser for them. I know I have personally hidden/unfollowed people who fill my screen with too much nonsense.

I think the sheer volume of similar services is getting to be overwhelming though, and you have to wonder at what point do you just "give up" and not even try to sign up for "the next hot thing" because you don't want yet another service to keep track of.

Personally I liked usingmiles and visit them on a somewhat regular basis, but as you can see from the section here on the site they are horrifically quiet about what they're doing, have little or no information about upcoming features (others have been listed as "coming soon!" since day one), etc.

Now there's FlyByMiles (with not so much as an interface mock-up or screenshots) and Milefly (which seems to come from the text-only Web 1.0 ITA school of design :) ) and who knows what else will be around in 3 months. My head hurts.
