Just read this article from the Loungebuddy blog... interesting speculation on JetBlue and Emirates partnering for a new lounge in Boston Terminal C, across from Gate 19. This would be JetBlue's first dedicated lounge if true... and would make sense for Mint's expansion into BOS. We'll find out soon I suppose!

Unclear that it would be branded by JetBlue. And no real reason to do so. Even in JFK (and LAX/SFO) they don't need one for Mint. Heck, JetBlue doesn't even pay for Mint pax in JFK to use the Airspace lounge right there.

Emirates needs a lounge and likely wants one at a rather different standard than what JetBlue would be willing to pay.

Wonder if this lounge will provide access via Priority Pass.

And now it does. According to reports on FT the lounge now accepts Priority Pass, Lounge Angel and a few other of the usual suspects for buy-in. Unclear if that also means walk-up purchases are viable.

That's good to know...might help weigh into decision to re-apply for AmEx platinum.
