I flew First Class from Phoenix to London on March 20th in seat #2K. Overall I had a good experience in what looked liked a fairly new cabin with a good staff, however I felt the catering left a lot to be desired . 1) The butter served with the meal did not appear to be butter but "margarine" or a substitute... 2) The cheese tray offering showed a "Bouchevrette" goat cheese that was clearly past it's prime. It was so awful I took pictures: . 3) The Double Gloucester was presented on the menu as an unpasteurized milk cheese but it clearly was pasteurized. Upon arriving in London where I had a British Airways connecting flight #462 to Madrid I found no help as a First Class passenger.
