I am trying to find the t-shirt size of two Delta GAs in ATL in order to bring them Israeli Air Force t-shirts later this month. I don't know their last names but I can describe them well enough so that anyone familiar with Terminal E agents will be able to identify them and, hopefully, make a good guess as to their sizes.

Can anyone here tell me who I should contact about this?

T-shirt sizes are problematic. A "Large" from one manufacturer can be smaller than a "Medium" from another. Best to just look at the shirts and imagine the GA's wearing them, and take your best guess.

The problem is that I really did not pay attention to how big they were -- and I haven't seen either since the Do.

I'd say just bring "Large", and claim that is the only size that was available. If Israeli "Large" is anything similar to the U.S. "Large", it's the general-fits most women and men-under-180 lbs size.

If you get there and see it's way to big, finesse things by calling it a "night shirt".

I would always bring X-Large, myself. Night shirt is the right way to go.

Let's put the question this way, if the GAs were FAs, would they be RDQ? [IMG]

And if yes, that'll lead to the very next point... "This thread is useless without photos."

    That'll work for some.

But more importantly, why not bring some things for RDQ FAs? And take pictures? [IMG]

Buy XL or XXL. I've found shirts in Europe to be generally one sie smaller than what we get over here. I just bought a rugby shirt and a soccer shirt in XXL and they just fits me, and I'm a regular XL.

    I agree.

Most guys...unless they're very small...would probably wear an XL shirt even if it ran a bit big. Folks will wear a shirt that's a bit big but most won't wear one that is too small. Opt for a larger size since you're not sure.

I'm glad you were able to find the spy who helped you.

Will you be thanking her with some delicious world famous Israeli chocolate bars or another t-shirt? [IMG]

BTW, did you remember to check-in for your flight early?

It looks to be very full: only 4 seats left in Business and 7 middle ones in Economy.

my recommendation: buy size SMALL and send them with a note that says "I wasn't sure of your exact size, but you seemed on the smaller size to me. I hope the size small shirt will fit!"

Believe me, these ladies will appreciate that gesture FAR MORE than any T-shirt!

No, my spy is getting neither a t-shirt nor chocolate bars. I hope she will be satisfied with the silver statuette of Jerusalem which I am bringing her. (She, BTW, arranged for me to be put on the ATL SkyClub guest list for the day I fly ATL-LAS.)

Yes, I checked in on line and have the Biz seat I wanted.

As I mentioned earlier, the t-shirts are for men and we generally don't like being told we are small.

More gifts for more people! [IMG] How do you carry it all?

Would not you still be CO and DL Plat on the day of ATL-LAS trip and eligible to enter the club with your Pres. Club card?

So, speaking of a GA's size, is Amsterdam the name of a GA, or is Amsterdam in Georgia?

I like how the flights are in the Netherlands, but the layover is in Georgia. Are they teleporting you to/from Amsterdam, GA, for the layover? 10:15 is certainly not enough time for a layover flight between Amsterdam, Netherlands, and Amsterdam, Georgia, is it?
