    The Mulu Gunung World heritage site Malaysia, on the island of Borneo. A little hard to get to but absolutely stunning.

    They have removed the "eco" from their adverts but I believe that it would fall into your thread.

    I can speak to Costa Rica: Bosque del Cabo, Lapa Rios, Playa Nicuesa Lodge, La Paloma Lodge, would be the cream of the crop
