I'm about to hit an inactivity expiration for my tiny (just under 4k) stash of Accor points. No Accor stays planned in the next couple of months, and I can't even count on one in six months (the 40EUR certificates are good for six months).

What is your favorite way to keep an Accor account alive?

Neat! I have platinum at the moment through some other offer, but that's a cool perk I did not know about.

    $20 erewards.com bux will get you 275 Accor points, ER$40 gets 625, or ER$60 gets 1000.

3000 Accor points will convert into 3000 Iberia Avios. Or 4K Accor into 4K Qantas. Finnair is 1:1, any exact number. These airlines are 1:1; others are 2 Accor --> 1 mile!

You used to get platinum status but this has recently been "upgraded" to gold. Don't mind the wording, this is how they actually communicated about it. Their stock is almost at all time highs so I wouldn't buy it at their current price but would wait until it drops again.
