My girlfriend recently flew several flights that included AC and other *A partners. She didn't get the mileage credit she (and I) thinks she should have gotten. I looked at her boarding passes, and it looks like everything was booked in Y. She called AC and they said that isn't the fare class that was booked. Is there anything she/I can do? I'll ask her for pics of the boarding passes so people can see.
  2. "Y" can be any fare bucket from Tango to full Y and she also could have had a fare that gave no miles on the partner's flights. *A has been trying to resolve those issues but one must check the partner carrier's rules directly before assuming you get miles/partial miles for each segment. You will find the *A partners earning rules on the Aeroplan site.
