    I hear AS is trying to get cabotage lifted, though not sure what carrier they'd like to court. Currently , HA's the only major carrier who flies there. Me, I'd pick the Northern Marianas, but I've been to 3 of the 5 (AS is the other I haven't been to).

    I could see people booking tickets to many of these no passport destinations and arrive at the airport just to learn they are routed via a destination that requires a passport…
