    About a week ago I wrote about my experience flying Etihad Airways first class from Abu Dhabi to New York. As I noted: -- Etihad completely ran out of food in first class -- I had a meal after takeoff, and then before landing I was told they were out of everything. This was my second consecutive flight in Etihad first class where they more or less ran out of food, as something similar happened from Abu Dhabi to Los Angeles in June. -- The US Pre-Clearance facility in Abu Dhabi was an absolute disaster.
