Has anyone had a problem entering Israel with a stamp in their passport from another middle eastern country, I am planning to go and have a stamp from UAE.

No problem....but they will probably ask what was the purpose of your visit to the UAE. Unless of course...you appear to be scary...in that case, be prepared to be pulled aside and questioned.

It's actually more difficult doing the opposite - visiting other Middle Eastern countries after visiting Israel. If you're concerned about that, you can ask that Israel stamp a separate piece of paper which you then keep with your passport while in Israel. They understand.
