Emirates to operate world's longest non-stop flight
Per the article, the westbound journey will be 17.5 hours:
Wonder if the seats in coach differ from those on other long-haul planes.....
likely 3-4-3 seating and nothing special if it is like the majority of their non-A380 flights
however the food, drinks and entertainment system are a cut above their competitors
17.5h flying time, but with boarding this could stretch to 18h or 18.5h on the plane, plus there's taxiing which shouldn't be forgotten either.
In other words, a flying torture chamber in coach.
well but before of that Singapore used to have a world s longest flight SIN to Newark the famous flight 21 and used to be once per weak it took 18.5 one hour more and economy seats were the same so why it should be a problem while if you agree with me economic seats in Emirates are confortable enough
