Emirates opens 35th dedicated Lounge at Malpensa Airport

    Emirates celebrated the opening of its 35th dedicated lounge for First Class and Business Class passengers as well as Platinum and Gold members of Emirates Skywards - the airline’s frequent flyer programme, at Milan Malpensa Airport.

    Following closely from the opening of the Emirates First Class and Business Class lounges in Concourse A – Dubai Airport, the world’s first dedicated A380 Concourse, the Emirates Lounge at Milan Malpensa Airport, a Euro 2.48 million investment, is the first international lounge to feature the airline’s contemporary new interior design.

    The grand opening was marked by a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by Mohammed Mattar, Emirates’ Divisional Senior Vice President Airport Services, Giulio De Metrio, SEA Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO, Emirates sponsored AC Milan football team players including, Massimo Ambrosini, Kevin-Prince Boateng and Stephan El Shaarawy, along with AC Milan Coach Massimiliano Allegri and AC Milan General Manager Adriano Galliani, local dignitaries, members of the media and senior Emirates staff.
