Emerald executive?

    Hi guys, did any of you get the executive status with the Emerald Club? I am just curious about how much time it takes since is taking longer than the 1000 miles or the gold HHonors..

    I sent a message to National and they fixed it within a day...and I rented last week from them, and even though the place we went didn't have an "aisle", they just gave me the best car they had with all the perks for free.

    I haven't gotten mine yet and it has been quite awhile. Was wondering the same thing. Just haven't has time to reach out to them.

    I just emailed customer service for the Emerald club and mentioned I had bought the Premium Membership.

    Might be just a delay in reflecting in your accounts if an email solved it. Will look into it for you and report back.

    The official word is that it usually takes 3 weeks from when they put them into the system. So a little delay, but still pretty good.

    Hello. It has been a month for me and status has not shown up. I emailed National Car customer service yesterday and they were not sure how I purchased the membership. I replied back and mentioned the Milepoint Premium membership but I did not receive a response back. Not sure what else to do.

    I gifted mine to my wife as I'm already Executive and we often don't travel together. It took a couple of weeks but her status showed up earlier today.

    They might be a little slower than the 3 week quote for some with the American holiday last week.

    Just got an email from their rep. They have never heard of MilePoint and they are saying MilePoint is not listed as a partner :-(

    Ok. So, I sent another email to care@nationalcar.com.

    This time, this is what they said:

    "...The MilePoint upgrade can take 8-12 weeks to go through."

    When I signed up for the MilePoint membership, the timeframe listed was 6-8 weeks. I have to admit that I am disappointed on the various information listed.

    Can the admin provide some "better" information on this?

    Always best to listen to us. You're in just over five weeks and I'm sure we'll deliver at or before the posted 6-8 weeks and much better than National's statement of 8-12 weeks. Let's see how we do before anything else—hope that makes sense. We really can't speak for others, only for ourselves. Thank you for your support.
