Is anyone getting Elevate to work for the last few days?
Mine checked today - but I will have several programs that do not update on the Update all button, but when I go to the individual program and ask it to update, it does.
Did have a problem earlier in the week, but works today. Seems various programs have hiccups from time to time with AW. Choice is doing the same thing to me now.
I had to change my password as mandated by elevate. Once I updated it, I was back in business. See if the error message says the same for you.
I am not using AW, but yes, I had to reset the password on two accounts after April 26.
