Egyptian Militants Warn Tourists To Leave Or Face Attacks
great news, after just booking my tickets to Cairo for May
hopefully they do not direct this hostility towards foreign business people
Anyone who needs to be told to leave Egypt right now, considering the political/security situation there, is a moron.
"Hopefully"? No business is worth flying into civil unrest.
Don't get your hopes up for that. I don't think they much care who they target.
Oh No ! It's time to step out into the eye of this storm. But there might be value proposition in many properties during these lean times.
Maybe they ask to see your corporate ID before deciding whether to murder you.
Not to worry, the security there is tight. Here's a video taken of the customs/passport control, and they are understandably quite strict about who gets into their country:
I guess I waited to long to visit as I now want to visit but no way possible anytime soon IMHO. Due to current political situations
As in "Buy one night, get five free at the Cairo Marriott"?
They would have a chance to fill the hotel right now with such offers. I hope the situation in Egypt right now will clear and I sincerely hope that Egypt is on the path for peace and solutions for their problems regarding finding the right balance between democracy, religion and the wishes of the people.
