This survey is to support a SELP 500, Systems Engineering, graduate project at Loyola Marymount University concerning the optimization of airline boarding processes with the goal of decreased time to board; lower airline operating costs; and higher customer satisfaction. The days will be used for a class presentation. The questions below are to deduce your satisfaction with airline boarding processes, both for you as a traveler and for others who travel as well. Please read each question carefully and answer according to how the question makes you feel.

If you have any questions with the survey or results, feel free to contact me. We will be collecting data for the survey up until April 19th.

Thank you for your time in advance.
