EasyJet and British Airways passengers face £25 charge for complaints about delays and lost luggage
Sounds like a creative way to reduce the number of complaints.
Or you can do as KLM does, and just ignore them . . .
Maybe the two Airlines don't deserve to have any passengers why on them
