    Since Dubai wants to diversify and invests heavily into tourist projects, it seems that oil doesn't play a dominant role anymore.

    I'm not sure about Dubai is running out of oil, but it's true they have to look beyond the petroleum industry to sustain their lifestyle in the future, but hitting tourists with a new tax isn't the best thing they've ever done IMHO. I look forward to read more in the coming months ahead about the impact of the new overnight charges levied.

    Dubai has been using family's Credit Card for a long time :) Over extended it's credit limit :D
