We had some wonderful times renting cars and driving throughout France and Italy over the years. Want to do a trip to Ireland but not prepared to drive there - other side of the road and small, windy roads. Did a golf trip a few years ago with a bunch of guys and decided then that I wanted to go back but did not want to drive - too old a dog to learn new tricks!

Would like to use points for hotels but most tour companies are inclusive of lodging. Really want a driver/guide with a nice car who can take us around for 7-10 days. Any idea how go about locating someone?

    Many thanks for any guidance.

I'm quite certain a Virtuoso agent will be able to assist you with this. Have you tried contacting one?

you read this page? If you want my advice you rent a car, driving in Ireland is very simple, there is very little traffic and very quiet (outside Dublin), there are more sheep than cars.
Driving is on the wrong side... but you get used to in a few minutes
