Just found this in my inbox from a few days ago. Looks like its just First and Biz, and targeted at accounts with a UK or Ireland address on their AA account:
    . .

On your next trip to the U.S. you can earn double American Airlines AAdvantage® miles on select transatlantic routes to popular cities including New York, San Diego, Las Vegas and many more great destinations, when you fly on American Airlines or British Airways.

Fly on select routes from London Heathrow or Manchester between now and 30 April 2013, on an eligible First Class or Business Class ticket* and watch your miles add up. Plus, with American’s new enhanced in-flight dining experience and personalised service, you can really enjoy the finer things in-flight.

All you have to do is register before you travel using promotion code UKUSA.

It’s simple, the more you fly, the more you earn.

I got all excited about getting double bonus each way until I got to this part:

    :(

They offered bonus miles for RTs through Europe this year, but naturally the program started when I was already there, and it will end before I go back (so no RTs completed during the bonus period).

    Thanks for sharing, though!
