I have a Chase (United) card that expired in 04/13 but by the start of May, I still hadn't received a new card with an updated expiry date. Once I contacted them, they sent it right away: I apologize for the inconvenience caused about the non receipt of renewal cards.The new card will sent via "Rush Delivery" to the mailing address for your account. You should receive it in 2 business days. Then I realized that I had yet another Chase (United) card that was due to expire this month (May 2013) and hadn't received it either, so I wrote once again. The answer surprised me: I have reviewed our records and found that your cards wereordered on 12/08/2011, but have not yet shipped as of 05/10/2013. We apologize for this inconvenience. We have resolved this issue and you will receive your cards within three to five business days.EIGHTEEN months?? Maybe it was just a typo and she meant 12/08/2012? But still TWO cards in successive months not being automatically renewed and/or despatched. Has anyone else had similar experience?
