Spelling is from Baiyoike skye hotel site - they say they have a shuttle from train station to hotel - but I will have 1 piece of luggage that I probably can't carry down stairs (coming FROM airport) - so does anyone know if there is help for me at the station?

Typically spelled in English, Ratchaprarop, the spelling you're seeing on the Baiyoke site is short pronunciation and/or a literal rendition of the letters present in Thai.

The do have escalator up and I don't remember one going down; Thai public transpo links rarely have down escalators. They likely have an elevator but whether that's working on the day in question is always an unknown risk.

Thanks - yes even if there is an elevator there is the question of whether it is working (I remember one very difficult day when I learned this lesson the hard way at Phaya Thai) with luggage that was just a bit too heavy for me :( )
