Does LH manifest specify actual ticket class or just cabin class?

Curious what detail LH's manifest used by FAs contains. Assume it has M&M or STAR status but does it have one's actual fare class or just cabin? Are award classes ID'd? I seldom find my treatment any different being on a revenue vs an award ticket, particularly in F, so assume unlike the boarding pass that shows the actual fare class, manifest just shows elite status and any other service notes (VIP, special meal, etc.).

No fare, no indication of upgrade/mileage. Only FFP status, commercial status, ID travel code, special meal. Non-revs get 'special' treatment (ie bumped if a seat is brokne, last choice of meal etc). FAs are trained not to treat any pax in the cabin any less, especially in F.

Too bad LH phone agents are not similarly trained to treat all business class passengers well, including those on discount revenue business class fares.

What happened? I have been treated well on the phone by LH agents regardless of fare or class/no class.

  6. I had a very bad situation with LH agents while I was in Hong Kong, I was flying paid F, in a very long trip. she even called me a lyar, yell at me, denied to gave me her name or ID. At home weeks later I wrote a complain to LH offices in my country and they gave me write apologies, miles, upgrades flowers, fruits, a very good atention.
