DL survey e-mails, bad html, unreadable

    Am I the only one who gets mangled survey e-mails from DL? These come as followups requesting feedback on flights, especially in irrops situations. It could be that packets get dropped, or they are using non standard HTML or bad syntax. I'm only seeing it in these e-mails, not things from other sources, and I've gotten this on and off for perhaps a year. Here it the latest.

    I use Eudora, but I also have a webmail client, and the bad formatting shows up in both clients.

    Mine seem to come through ok. Mine is coming through Exchange and Outlook.
