Would you say DL typically keeps the aircraft interior temps average, high, low? Also, do their domestic 763s have individual air vents?

IME, I would say "acceptable" and "Yes", they do have individual vents which you can "open up" or "close" to adjust to your own needs but I do not recall specifically for 763s.

That would be the one aircraft that many carriers took delivery of without individual air vents. The rest of my trip is on 737/757/717 and I've never known those not to have air vents on any carrier.

Confirming that there are no air vents on the 76s.

IME the DL pilots tend to keep the cabins on the cooler side until somebody makes a request to an FA for some heat and then they take it up to what most people would think is a normal temp.

I guess it's better to be "cool" then "warm..
At least you can layer up if it's too cold.

Glad to hear it. I like it cool. Not as cool as NYC on my last visit, however.

With the new cabin arrangements, it will go from heat in F to no heat in basic E
