Early numbers indicates NH has less drops in passenger numbers than JAL (much less) but JAL has cut its capacity by a lot compared to last year and NH is actually expanding its international network. It will be interesting to find out which approach is more effective when more data are released in the months to come. But which one would you prefer? Discount or capacity cut?
