Direct billing and getting points

    Just checked my MR account and noticed that 3 of my 5 past stays just gave the points for my incidental charges, not points for the actual room rate. All stays at same hotel and all direct bill to the client. I'll do a missing stay request, but for future, how should I direct the front desk and should I mention it on check in or check out?

    You may not get points for a stay that is billed to someone else. Incidental points are all that you are entitled too. But, that being said, YMMV.

    T&C states direct billing stays dont get points.
