Not usually a fan of Dilbert, but this was quite funny!! Great find!!
What airline do you think they work for ?
Probably US, since they are the fee innovators for full service airlines.
I thought United started the baggage charge that we have today
I guess we could make a long list of what was once free on airline travel
I thought DL was famous for their fees. It's been in the news that they collect more income from luggage fees than any other carrier.
