    I thought United started the baggage charge that we have today

    I guess we could make a long list of what was once free on airline travel

    I thought DL was famous for their fees. It's been in the news that they collect more income from luggage fees than any other carrier.

    Actually, they were going to reward the brilliant idea by sending him to a weekend at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki. But wait, they said, "we can't pay the resort fee."
