I think AC has three different flights to NRT, out of YYZ, YVR, and YYC right?

I've flown YYZ-NRT, but I haven't tried it out of YVR or YYC. Is there much difference between these three flights in whY and J? Does YVR/YYC have the same in-flight J snack options?

    Thanks in advance

I've done all three, though most often YYZ-NRT. As I recall you end up with the same meals on the YVR and YYC flights, just with a smaller gap in between. Certainly not a big enough difference in the meals to choose one routing over another.

The main pros of routing through YVR or YYC are slightly higher AP miles, and a chance to get off the plane for a while in between. On the other hand, the YYZ-NRT direct flight is substantially quicker, so you can leave YYZ at noon and still arrive in NRT about the same time.
