I'm in need of ideas, I'm a little late to the party this year and can't think of anyplace I want to go. I really wanted to go to ChoLon but they are booked solid.

You could head up to Longmont and go to Terroir or Sugarbeets. Both can be booked on OpenTable. I was at Terroir last weekend and really enjoyed the tasting menu ($55/person or $70/person with wine pairing).

That is a great price for a tasting menu. If I'm ever up there, I'll definitely give them a try.

Here's the link (in case it was not posted elsewhere): http://www.denver.org/denverrestaurant/default.aspx
The restaurant list covers a lot beyond Denver. I have had several great experiences at Mt. Fuji Hibachi (Westminster Promenade) in the last year since it changed hands (and before).
