Delta's website for purchasing award tickets, SkyMiles FF program transactions, OLCI, flight status, etc. has been out of commission since this morning. This includes the app. Apparently operations are not affected. Passengers can use airport kiosks to check in for flights.
It seems to be up again now, after five hours, but not doing very well. Slow.....and it ate an itinerary of mine.
Hmmmmm.... if I actually wanted to use DL's product this could be problematic. Preparation for FUBAR? Testing to ensure all the relevant plug-ins and switches "work" as intended?
Others have lost itineraries. OLCI doesn't seem to be working, although I haven't seen any reports of long airport lines for kiosks or to check in with agents.
Was being talked about in Delta Forum Lounge Thread this morning. (And I FINALLY was able to check in [with the app] for my trip to HNL)
