Delta, United, and US Airways All Cancel or Suspend Flights to Israel

    With this afternoon’s report of a rocket landing somewhere in the vicinity of Ben Gurion airport, the three US carriers have determined that they will be canceling some flights to Israel. Delta and United have suspended operations until further notice while US Airways has only canceled flights for today. All three airlines have travel waivers in place, however, if you do need to make changes and your flights were not canceled. For Delta, visit this page to see the notice and this page to check on the waivers. For United, it is only on Twitter at this point that they have suspended operations but formal notice should appear on this page (along with the waivers). And, finally, US Airways announcement is that only flights today are canceled but they are deciding whether to continue a suspension past today. For more information, check this page.
