When did SkyPesos become worth two cents each?

Note that the prize carries a tax liability, which could be more than the miles are worth.

That is Delta's value not mine or probably anybody else's! I'd value the miles at around a penny each- maybe I am being kind!

Shortly after the merger, it was said that DL miles were worth about a penney each. Since then it's gotten worse, so 0.75 cents might not be a bad overall estimate now, although with work, one can get more value. Some would say that pay with miles yields about one cent per mile, but those tickets don't earn any miles (although they are upgradeable) and the amounts seem to always be rounded not in the customer's favor.
