As much as I hate to see DL trying to beat AS in the SEA market, I'm liking the competitive fares.

Partnership becomes rivalry. Imagine that.

Personally, the break down of cooperation between DL and KE (Tier 4) was more "devastating" to me. It made it more weird considering that KE is one of the founding members of SkyTeam.

I wonder if the idea was to pressure KE in some way. I find it odd GOL is not tier one, since DL owes a massive chunk of them.

I wonder if they'll ever add any destinations in Florida. Closest in the US is ATL. Only thing that I could see working is MCO and maybe FLL.

I've wondered the same thing. But, I question the margins on flights to FL. But, if SEA is going to move toward hub (focus?) status, surely at least one a day could be done? AA has a SEA - MIA flight (granted as a red eye) on a 752.

Currently Alaska flies to Tampa, Orlando, and Fort Lauderdale so for Delta to start something ex-SEA they'd have to compete on margins.
