I have now flown transcon in every premium cabin currently on offer. I'm not sure if this is a good fact or a bad fact. Regardless, I took a bit of time on one of these flights and put together what I consider to be an objective comparison across all of the different premium products currently on offer.

While I know points programs will govern many individuals' selections, there are some fairly big differences in the services that passengers should also consider.

I hope this is helpful and invite any comments that you may have.

Really. How did you like CX on JFK-YVR or AS on BOS/EWR/DCA/MIA-SEA?

The JFK-lax/sfo market is what this exclusively refers to.

There are a number of special equipment flights...ATL-lax once a day on DL's 777-200lr. AA runs Mia-lax on a three cabin 767 for select services. The only market where multiple carriers offer special services competitively is the JFK-lax/sfo market.

    Great and detailed review.

The UA International First Lounge in SFO does have showers.
