dear <lufthansa>, could you please revamp your business class, and install full flat beds (including on your new a380s)?
    regards

while LH is way advanced with a good FC product, same is not true with LH business class cabin. They always were last to upgrade seats and waited until they had no other options to catch up with other airline business class products.
LH truly believes that good inflight service will make up for the crapy seat situation. Do I really want to rub my feet with my neighbor during flight. My guess this business class cabin will get another overhaul soon. Stay tune

    Dear <Delta Air Lines>,
I don't care if you don't have an international First Class, convince your alliance partners to let me use your Skypesos for theirs!

Or if SkyTeam won't let you do this, then please revive your wonderful alliance with SQ. You could make friends with some top mideast carriers that aren't in alliances and give us access to them on award tickets....Emirates, Etihad, even Qatar, but note that for these purposes Saudia and that carrier from Lebanon don't count. Also, Virgin Australia is a good start, now please become partners with Virgin Atlantic so we can use their Clubhouse, and note that I don't care about their domestic USA affiliate.

I would love ALL of that, but realistically:

-Can't see SQ or Anyone else that's OW/*A
-Can't see Eithad since AA is partners with them.
-Can't see EK now that AS is partners with them.
-CAN possibly see QR now that they're cutting off ties to US/UA
-Can't really see VS since DL is building up LHR services (and putting their best products there). Though I'd love to be able to fly them past LHR (like to DEL), and their cutting off CO/UA does make them likely to have a US partner. But with VX now able to give feeder flights, I can't see them looking to DL.

I would forgive EVERYTHING about Skypesos if I could fly KE F.
