Date problem on EF in December 2013

    In checking Awards and Upgrades on a flight FLL-ATL-HNL for 12/28/13, EF keeps showing me the flights for 12/27. To get the one that I want for 12/28, I need to ask it for 12/29.

    Although I am familiar with most of the idiosyncracies of EF, I have never seen this particular error before.

    There is likely no error. Some airlines show the flights from the day before since the default time of day of the search is midnight, you can advance the time of day to something like 8am to test. Since you didn't tell us what airline you are looking at, we can't tell you for sure, but either way you should be emailing questions about specific searches to customercare@expertflyer.com so we can help you, thanks.

    :oops: I did not know about see the e-mail address (even tho I've been using EF almost from the start). The airline was, of course, DL and I will go back and look at it now.

    When searching for DL upgrades, it's best to search segment by segment.
