    Oh the jokes on me. I live a few states away from Universal-so I say to myself why not-I get in and buy and I am so excited-guess what I realized after purchase it was in California. No plans to go there at all.

    Reach out to Daily Getaways and let them know you're issue. I've heard stories of situations where they or the merchant have worked with customer to resolve issues like this.

    If they won't, start a conversation with me here on MP and I'll see if I can help find a resolution.

    Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I did exactly that. I called one number and that woman whose email is on the daily getaway page is only the person who only fulfills the order. Then I called the main number of that is located in Washington. Whoever answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about. I called three times and she transferred to three different lines with no voicemail and certainly no live person. I understand this was my mistake. I have booked all my trips for the next year and CA is not on the books. If there is any other contact you may have I would greatly appreciate it.

    I also called amex to see if I could cancel. They said I could dispute the charge but I needed to wait until it posted.

    I am having little luck finding somebody to respond to me at Daily Getaways. Do you have contact info so I can explain the situation. I am disputing the charge on amex but really want to give them a chance to respond to my request. Thanks in advance.

    Have you tried reaching out to them on Twitter? I don't have specific contact info but I've interacted with them on Twitter. I'm also going to post your issue on my blog to see if we can find anyone who missed out on the original offer and might want to take them off your hands.

    You are absolutely so very nice. I am hoping it will not come to that. I have asked amex to contact that and I am awaiting word on that. If they will not allow them to be taken back I will take you on up on your offer. I will keep you updated when I know. If I did not plan my next six trips I would have to flew out there. I feel so silly.

    All has been resolved and Daily Getaways has been very gracious to me. I would also like to thank Pizzaman for his guidance and to Kalboz who offered to purchase those tickets. This is quite an extraordinary community and I am grateful.
