    The Dadeland Marriott in Miami is by far has the worse customer service of any Marriott I stay in. With the Front Desk being rude. The only redeeming quality is the staff that works the concierge level in the morning.

    Anything specific that they said or did that was rude?

    Lack of professionalism. They are more worried about taking care of the flight crews that come through. Even asked about an upgraded room and their quote was we don't do that. It is their overall attitude.
