CX availability

    Sometimes I'm getting some @ signs after they added the "waitlist" function on the website...not sure if it's n/a or full. Is anyone having the same issue?

    @ is certainly 'not available' what you're looking for is a + :)

    gleff is correct. The following clarification has now been added to the the KVS Tool User Guide for the [Awards/CX] Method:

    Note: Unless you are redeeming from a FFP that allows award waitlisting on CX/KA (e.g. Asia Miles), the "@" indicator should be treated the same as "-".​

    So there is not difference between @ and -, does it mean that @ is still a possibility?

    There is always a possibility that award seats will become available, regardless of whether it's a "-" or "@".
